Throughout the season Alice is involved in and available to charter for all sorts of special events. These are all at a slightly premium rate but, until we know exactly what you want to do and how many of you will be on board it, is difficult to give an exact price. Check later as more events will be added throughout the season!

31st May -2nd June Yarmouth Old Gaffers http://www.yarmoutholdgaffersfestival.co.uk
The most fantastic week, Friday afternoon we will sail down to Yarmouth mooring alongside at about 1800, The full festivities of the YOGAF weekend will be available, Saturday morning will be the Old Gaffers race with much added excitement as the 1800 or so boats in the Round the Island race will be passing. Saturday evening is the prize giving with excellent bands play from the tent. Sunday about midday we will set of back to Portsmouth – a great weekend and with the Summer bank Holiday to follow on Monday
Mon 15th – Fri 19th July Cowes Classic Week http://www.cowesclassicsweek.org
This will be fantastic, watch all the classic boats racing from the deck of Alice sailing in the Solent. Take part in the evening events and watch and board all the classic yachts moored for the week in Cowes. Just call – perhaps just a day would suit you, maybe the whole week. We will be sailing the Solent each day anyway so Thames sailing barge experience will be something you will have had a thoroughly foretaste of .

We still have some days available for this week including the Friday night fireworks. You can book the week or just a day for this fantastic event. We will moor in Cowes all the racing can be seen as the yachts sail right past us. We have our own rib for transporting you to and from the shore. There are so many options: just call us and we can arrange just a day or the whole of Cowes week.

This will be great – being the largest boat and with our ochre sails most of the time we will be star – just call and all the information available to date can be given on the phone – this will be a great fun event.

A really great weekend, children swimming, fireworks, races everything that one imagined as perfection say 40 years ago. Not to be missed – we were part of the scenery in 2012 this year we will be playing and racing

Can you think of a better way of visiting the show – join Alice for a cruise to the show – moor overnight and sail back to Gun Wharf via any of the Solent harbours you feel like visiting.
